Do you have a courtesy car?
Courtesy cars are available by appointment only (subject to availability). If cars aren’t available then take advantage of our free collection and delivery service (T&C apply).
What cars do you specialise in?
Autotech are specialists in the service and repair of Land Rover / Range Rover, and German marques including Mercedes, BMW, Porsche and VAG group cars.
Can you service my car without affecting my warranty?
Yes we can. We carry out services in line with the manufacturer’s recommended guidelines using original equipment parts to keep your warranty valid.
If keeping the car overnight, is there secure parking?
All vehicles left overnight (by prior arrangement) will be securely kept inside the premises and keys securely locked away.
Do you have a recovery vehicle?
Yes we do. We can recover your vehicle or arrange recovery if required, ie out of hours or unexpected breakdown / accident.
Can you do finance?
Yes we can. Through our partnership with the RAC Autofirst Network we are able to offer finance packages to help you with the repair of your vehicle should it be needed.
Is there a waiting area?
Yes, we have designated waiting areas – one being the newly built reception adjacent to the workshops, with tea and coffee available on request. We also have a viewing area within the MOT inspection workshop itself, should you wish to view the MOT being carried out.
