Can an independent garage service my Discovery without affecting the warranty?
In the UK you are free to choose an independent specialist. In most cases your manufacturer warranty is unaffected provided the work is done to the manufacturer's specification, with suitable parts, and is properly recorded. See our block exemption guide.
How often should my Discovery be serviced?
Follow the schedule in your handbook or service book. Many Land Rover and Range Rover models are due every 12 months or at a set mileage, whichever comes first, but older models differ, so ask us if you are unsure.
